Meet The Executive Team

TODD BOSCHEE

Chief Executive Officer

Todd brings many years of experience in corporate business and business development.  With his experience and knowledge of team building, he will be able to lead ShowMe Changes to help change the world through humanitarian projects!  His strong love for people will show in building the team.

REGINALD H. JACKSON

Chief Financial Officer

 I am a retired Financial Manager with 23 years of banking experience with the following organizations, Royal Trust Corp., Service Credit Union, HSBC Bank of Canada.  My major courses Appraisal Institute of Canada, Construction / Cost estimating at U of A., Economics 101 at U of C., Institute of Canadian Bankers (investment funds & Security.,Canada Mortgage & Housing Corp.(Compliance inspector).

MARK BOSCHEE

Chief Operating Officer of Humanitarian Projects

Mark brings a lot of experience and education to the Team.  He has a business degree and also an education degree with many years of teaching the youth.  His knowledge of business and teaching will help with the building of the ShowMe Changes operations teams.  Mark will be a major part in managing the humanitarian projects worldwide.   

RHONDA PAHL

Chief Operating Officer of Charitable Programs and Gift & Give Program

Rhonda is a major asset to the ShowMe Changes Team.  With her many years of training and certification in natural healing and spirituality, she will be able to help the team to a different level of growth.  Also Rhonda's huge passion for children, special needs and animals will be able to assist in helping with the development of the Gift & Give Program

CATHERINE ALI

Chief Operating Office Country of Philippines

A friendly and resourceful person with a sound and optimistic outlook on all things in life. Her 12 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources developed her excellent ability to motivate others, coupled with the ability to communicate comfortably at all levels, therefore ensuring an excellent working environment for all members of the team to perform at their best. She possesses proven ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task. 

JACK YURICH

President of USA Operations

Jack's presence with ShowMe Changes offers over 30-years of sales, marketing, business development and leadership experience in the technology and consumer products sector.  Jack is a visionary who knows how to get things done.  He will be a valuable asset in our quest to identify, fund, and execute our humanitarian projects all over the globe. 

PATRICIA KULTGEN

President of Canadian Operations

Patricia comes with over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and customer service.  Patricia currently is a small business owner for the past 8 years working to assist others with their future life experiences and memories.  She brings compassion and kindness to everyone around her.

DON FEDORUK

President of International Expansion

Don has over 40 years experience in business marketing, sales, retailing and distribution. Experienced in management and team building, Don is goal and results orientated.  Openness and a positive mindset are two of Don's best attributes. Don has a lot of experience in International dealings.  He will be a huge asset for International expansion.

  Isabelle Charland, Principle Owner and President of Human Resources International brings many years of expertise in both human resources and staff management.  As a healer my entire career has been about bringing information to the body to remind/assist it with it's inherent ability to heal itself.  This comes from various hands-on techniques, technological devices, and energy clearing techniques. My goal is to help anyone who wants to bring holistic healing to our world.

JOAN BATEMAN-COWAN

Director of Media Operations / Official Photographer

Joan is a world renowned Photographer and humanitarian, with over 12 years of experience in acute adult psychiatry. She is the Artistic Director Spotlight Magazine and House Photographer for Couture Fashion Week, New York, New York City 2011-2014 (present) she has been an Area coordinator for NILMDTS (Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep - an organization for memorial photography for families who have lost children at birth - for over 10 years)  She is also a sought after public speaker on Illuminating confidence and self esteem.  Having owned one of the countries largest and oldest photography studios, she will be a fabulous asset for all of our documentary and business photographic projects. http://www.joanbateman.com

Bob has a major background in teaching.  He taught at the College level for over 29 years.    Bob will be a huge asset with the development of projects and educating people in the project processes. He has a big heart to help humanitarian projects locally and than to help the world. 

PAUL MICHELLI

Consultant (Business and Marketing Development)

Paul has 35 years in the financial industry and has a broad concept of business and marketing.  He has an array of talents from consultant to the Secretary of State of Louisiana to the communications industry in the San Francisco bay area.  Paul's love for children and the elderly makes him a tremendous asset to our organization.

I have a small town heart that leads me towards helping others. This Showme Team is exactly the kind of people I've been looking to help with local and international projects. I look forward to working as a part of this team.

My life has been spent helping people and that’s just me. It’s in my heart. I’ve been volunteering for as long as I can remember and plan to expand my scope to world projects in as many areas as possible. I look forward to working as a part of this team.

Brian has decades of experience in the oil/gas industry traveling all over the world dealing with many aspects. He also has a lot of knowledge in mining and agricultural.  Brian will be a huge asset to any projects that will need help with development in those areas.

Consultant (agricutural, transportation, ranching and food production)

Michael has a diverse background in every aspects of farming and ranching.  He has many years of farming and the transportation aspect of moving products.   He will be able to assist projects that may have concerns about transportation or even in the farming fields.  

ROBERT NOTENBOMER

Consultant (agricultural, animal production, farming, horticultural)

Robert brings a diverse amount of experience in the animal production industry.  From developing one of the largest animal production facilities in the world to also owning and operating multiple different businesses he will be able to really help people who want to get involved in these industries.

Consultant (personal growth coach, transporation, manufacturing)

Ray brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing, transportation and personal growth coaching.  He will be a huge asset for helping people with the many personal issues that may arise from stress involved in building a project.  He will also be able to help with any manufacturing and any transportation needs for projects.

DANIEL ALI

President of Philippines Operations

​As a graduate with 10 years of work experience in management, he is excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. He is a calm  professional and his work history has proven him to be an energetic and open-minded person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task he undertakes. He's willing and eager to adapt humanitarian changes.

JOSEPH ABAY

Director - Philippines

Joseph has a long track record for handling different teams in one of the biggest banana and other tropical products exporter in the Philippines. His wide experience in the field of agriculture and commercial will provide managerial support for all the upcoming projects of the foundation. Joseph is willing to travel and his experience as a Logistic Supervisor can deliver high-value projects across different geographies.

CHRIS FAMILIAR

Director- Government Relations

Having gained experience working in a Legislative Local Government Office for years, Chris gained the required dynamism necessary to provide a quality service and the efficiency to drive our projects. Chris possesses a comprehensive knowledge in the local documents procedures and can think smart and fast. A skilled communicator who will be able to influence local government institutions.

Director- Project Accounts

A highly experienced and professional marketing manager of the country’s leading animal food manufacturing company. Orlyn has strong analytical, financial and team management skills who can competently manage major change. As a problem solver, with well proven abilities in generating and developing projects, Orlyn is competent at both strategic and operational levels.

CRISTINE ABAS

Director- Volunteer Services

Cristine is a dedicated and compassionate person. Her many years experience in sales and marketing honed her customer service ability specifically in handling people. Benefiting from working with fast paced environments in which strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task essential. She will be an asset to train and motivate all our volunteers.  

GENEVIEVE GEOCALLO

Director - Mindanao

Genevieve is a well presented and pro-active Local Government Units employee for many years. She possessed a vast experience of coordinating and providing clear guidance and leadership to a team and ensuring that all legislative requirements are fully meet. Genevieve has the greatest skill to manage projects, and drive the project team from start through completion.
